Memorial website in the memory of your loved one

This memorial website was created in the memory of our little miracle, Saylor DiAnn Tadlock who was born in Overland Park, Kansas on April 23, 2005.  She was 16 weeks premature and weighed only 10.5 ounces at birth.  Her identical twin, Maci was 1 lb 4 ounces. Saylor was such a fighter from day one.  She will always be missed by her family and remembered by those that followed her and her twin sister's story.  She was always daddy's girl and still is.  Saylor passed away on August 02, 2005 from complications of prematurity. Everyday we think of her and her will to live.  In the end it was just too much for her.  We will remember her forever.

Twins forever and always!
One in heaven and One on earth forever a bond!

Go ahead and mention my child,
The one who died you know.
Don't worry about hurting me further,
The depth of my pain doesn't show.
Don't worry about making me cry.
I'm already crying inside.
Help me to heal by releasing
The tears that I try to hide.
I'm hurt when you just keep silent,
Pretending she didn't exist.
I'd rather you mention my child,
Knowing that she has been missed.
You asked me how I was doing.
I say "pretty good" or "fine."
But healing is something ongoing.
I feel it will take a lifetime.

Her legacy
God's Little Miracle

Mommy and Daddy were always told Saylor DiAnn would not make it.  She was half the size of her twin sister Maci inutero and they were just too early.  The NICU at Overland Park, KS  gave us 102 days with our baby girl whom would never have made it.  She taught us from the beginning that anything is possible.  To never take our life for granted and to hold our family a little tighter than before.  She fought so hard to be here with us and responded to all the doctors and nurses provided for her survival.  In the end she just couldn't continue on.  Once mommy and daddy was okay with the fact that she needed to go home to Jesus, she relaxed and she went home.  We were given 4 extra days after finding out the extent of her ailments to hold her and love her.  Every moment was a blessing to us.  She did everything possible to make sure her family was ok before she went and that shows just how much of a guardian angel she was even before being our angel.

We miss you baby "gore" and always will!!! Forever a part of our hearts.

Love Mommy, Daddy, Matilyn and Maci.
